About Us

Established in 2025, Daniel Korean Academy aspires to immerse and educate students in Korean language, culture, and history while instilling strong moral character through a Bible-based curriculum.

Our philosophy is to create an engaging learning atmosphere where students are encouraged to meet their full potential. We offer in-person instruction with a  homework-free policy that allows students to focus on family, rest, and personal growth beyond the classroom.

We invite students of all ethnicities, faiths, and Korean language levels to attend and we look forward to welcoming you to our school to help your child achieve their personal best in learning.

Founder Story

Having immigrated to the United States in 1981 from South Korea with a degree in teaching, Principal Insook So brought a love of heritage and a heartfelt desire to see it passed on in meaningful ways.

With over 20 years of experience in children’s education and ministry, Principal So has dedicated her life to helping children grow in faith and character. Inspired by the biblical example of Daniel, who stood firm in his faith amidst challenges, she envisions a generation of students who, like Daniel, will boldly stand for truth, guided by God’s Word.
